CalorieSignal provides manual calorie/nutrition tracking, meal planning, AI-assisted meal estimates, and nutrition suggestions. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Health and AI notice
All calorie, macro, portion, and AI outputs are estimates, not diagnosis, treatment, or medical/dietetic advice. Accuracy is not guaranteed. Consult a qualified professional if you have a medical condition, allergy, pregnancy, or special dietary need.
Account and acceptable use
You are responsible for accurate information and account security. Users under 13 may not use the service. Do not use it unlawfully, harmfully, to bypass safeguards, or to infringe another person's rights.
Premium subscription and allowances
Price, period, trial, renewal, and current benefits appear on the purchase screen. Subscriptions may renew automatically under store terms unless cancelled. Cancellations and refunds are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play. AI features use monthly allowances disclosed on the purchase screen and daily anti-abuse safeguards. Remaining usage and reset information appear in the app; failed AI results do not consume the weekly or monthly allowance.
User content and service changes
You are responsible for submitted content and permit CalorieSignal to process it as needed to provide the service. We may update features or terms for security, legal, or product reasons.
Account deletion and liability
You may delete the account in the app; store subscriptions must be cancelled separately. The service is provided with reasonable care but “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect harm from decisions based on estimates.
